Purposes

Having studied and examined the Project and the geographical aspect of the three islands, we have decided the essential purposes of MACIMED.

• We have planned to increase the idea to use Bicycle because it is the most important and ecological Way of Moving;

• According with this idea it is possible to complete the general idea of the Project proting the use of public means of transporte too. In this way it seems easier the relationship between local people and tourists too;

• The creation of Cycle lanes and the use of the exsisting ones, will give to those people with moving problems.MACIMED will be also a way to create occupation for young people, expecially in these areas where unemployment is very high;

• Our target is to create a sort of cooperation network between the interested islands in order to do the most for Tourism.
