It includes three of the most important Mediterranean Islands "Sicily, Baleari and Sardegna", infact it is composed of:

They are 3 Countries sharing the some caracteristies but at the some time they share the same problems.

Their economy seems to be not as stronger as European's average. Personal income is certainly lower than Europe and it exists a high level of unemployment.
Their infrastructures seem to be insufficient, expecially road networks. Another important problem is their difficulty to access to Continental countries.Commercial enterprise is not firmly fixed, even if in the last year it is starting to improve.According with this idea, the Project wants to observe carefully the possible existence of some territorial problems and consequently to organize their solution. Finally the Project can realize in each place its cycle lane. Everything will be communicate to people through information activities.
The tourism sector is the most important resource of the three islands, but it presents some problems because it doesn't provide the right services.

Despite these problems the islands have got interesting and attractive landscapes and very important cultural backgrounds. These ones can be considered two essential elements to improve tourism. Their good weather conditions and their high quality of environment improve the existence of tourism and the economical increase. The strategic position of the three islands ( the Mediterranean Sea ) can be considered as the right "key" to enter in the European touristic market. The infrastructure system presents structures in which is possible to create the Alternative Way of Moving using Bicycle with the possibility to use public means of transport too.
